离子色谱法分析检测饮料中聚葡萄糖含量的研究

Determination of Polydextrose in Beverages by Ion Exchange Chromatography

摘要:

研究了AOAC 2000.11应用于饮料中聚葡萄糖含量测定时的简化步骤，考察了精密度和准确度。结果表明，6次平行试验，相对标准偏差是1.4%~6.4%，回收率为95.2%~107.3%。该方法简单快捷，适合于饮料中聚葡萄糖含量的测定。

Abstract:

The procedure of AOAC 2000.11 was simplified to determine polydextrose in beverages in this paper. Relative standard deviation of this method is 1.4%~6.4% and the recovery is 95.2%~107.3%. The results indicated that the method could be used to determine polydextrose in beverages.
