果酒中邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯检测方法研究

摘要:

邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯是使用最广泛的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己基酯在体内的主要代谢产物，对人体有一定的危害。建立了一种邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯的气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法，并采用该方法对荔枝酒中邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯的含量进行了检测。

Abstract:

Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is the most commonly used plasticizer in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products. Mono(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (MEHP) is initial metabolism of DEHP in animals and humans, which is harmful to animals and humans. The method for determining MEHP was established using GC/MS in this paper. The yield of MEHP in litchi wine was detected using this method.
