概述了葡萄酒在货架期、进出口环节中可能出现的安全问题及常见的品质安全变化的因素,对比了国内外现阶段葡萄酒农残检测、管理制度和法律法规建设等方面的主要差异,并针对性地提出了一些对策与建议.

Abstract:

This paper presented safety problems and factors affecting the quality of wine during its import/export and shelf life preservation. Pesticide detection, management systems, and construction of laws and regulations of wine in domestic and overseas were compared. Special countermeasures and suggestions were put forward as well.
